Attempting to file a fraudulent chargeback after receiving services is considered theft. HavofAndTat reserves the right to pursue:

Collection of the original payment plus all associated fees.

Civil legal action for recovery of damages.

Reporting of fraudulent activity to banks, payment processors, and, if necessary, law enforcement.

Any intentional attempts to mock, test, or discredit the process will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Zero Harassment Policy:

Communication with HavofAndTat ends when the session ends. Any attempts to privately message, pressure, or harass the practitioner after the session will be considered a violation of this policy. Such actions will result in a permanent ban from future services and may be pursued legally if harassment continues.

Boundaries of Service:

Right to Refuse Service:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Any fraudulent chargebacks will be formally disputed with transaction records, session logs, and platform evidence.

• Attempted payment abuse or chargebacks may result in permanent bans from all HAVOFANDTAT services and reporting to the proper authorities.
