We take fraud, theft, and disputes very seriously. Each order is documented with proof of fulfillment and tracking. Attempted chargebacks or fraudulent claims will result in a permanent ban from future purchases and may be pursued legally.

Our pendulums are cleansed, blessed, and charged before shipping. Once they leave our care, we are no longer responsible for their energetic condition or how they respond to your practice. We highly recommend you cleanse and bond with your pendulum upon arrival.
